The Indy Social Club is a free community for young professionals in the Indianapolis area who want to meet new people and try new things. We host social events all over the city to make it easy to connect, explore, and build real friendships. In practice, we are a hub for people and groups looking to meet others in the Indianapolis area. An Indy Social Club host organizes many of the events, but many events are held by others as well.
There is no official membership for The Indy Social Club. Just check out our calendar, RSVP to an event, and you're in the club! You can join our Discord via the Contact page.
Yes! There's no membership fee or sign-up cost to be part of the community or RSVP to most events. Some events (like ticketed nights out) do have a cost, but those are clearly marked.
Anyone in the Indianapolis area who's looking to make new friends! We tend to skew toward young professionals (20s and 30s), but everyone is welcome. Whether you just moved to Indy, are coming out of a transition in your life, or simply want to expand your social circle, this is for you.

Honestly? Most people who show up come solo. That's the whole point. Our events are designed to make it easy to meet people without the awkward "just walked into a party where I don't know anyone" feeling. Hosts will introduce you around, and you'll be surprised how quickly conversations get going.
